The Amsterdam 2000 from VECTOR WELDING is an electrode welding machine with 20-200A. The Amsterdam 2000 machine has a hot start function. This means that the welder is ignited with increased current, the workpiece is heated sufficiently and thus a safe ignition is guaranteed. The arc force can be adjusted using ArcForce. Thanks to IGBT the Amsterdam 2000 has a high pulse load capacity and offers a precise and efficient electrode welding process.

AMSTERDAM 2000 Features & Benefits
- MMA/STICK/E-HAND: coated electrodes are used – in this process the electrodes are Arc carrier and filler metal in one.
- hotstart: for each restart of the welding machine is overcurrent and thus the ignition of the arc supported.
- Arc Force: Melted Material transfers more easily to the workpiece. Prevents the arc from being extinguished when it is material comes into contact between the electrode and the molten bath.
- Anti-stick: switch automatically switches off the welding generator when the electrode is workpiece is stuck and can be removed by hand without damaging the electrode clamp.
- modern IGBT (Insulated Gate Bipolar Transistor) enables fast and therefore low-loss switching of electrical currents
