The ARC 200K from Vector Welding is an electrode welding machine with 10-200A. The handy format of 23.5x11x17.5cm and 2.5kg makes the device the ideal companion for outdoor use. The ARC 200K
device has a hotstart function. Here we ignite with increased current, the workpiece is heated sufficiently, thus ensuring safe ignition. The arc force can be adjusted using ArcForce . Thanks to IGBT , the ARC 200K has a high pulse load capacity and offers a precise and efficient electrode welding process.

ARC 200K FEATURES & BENEFITS:

MMA/STICK/E-HAND: coated electrodes are used – in this process the electrodes are arc carriers and welding filler metal in one.
Hotstart: every time the welding machine is restarted, overcurrent is provided and thereby supports the ignition of the arc.
Arc Force: Melted material is transferred more easily to the workpiece. Prevents the arc from extinguishing if this material causes contact between the electrode and the melt pool.
Anti-Stick automatically switches off the welding generator if the electrode sticks to the workpiece and needs to be removed by hand without damaging the electrode clamp.
Modern IGBT (Insulated Gate Bipolar Transistor) enables fast and therefore low-loss switching of electrical currents
