PATON StandardTIG-270digital inverter welder is optimized for TIG (HF) inert gas shielded arc welding, manual MMA coated electrode arc welding and semi-automatic MIG/MAG arc welding (as a source with external feeder) with direct current. Each of the above mentioned methods allows us to use pulse current (PULSE function).

Digital TIG welding inverter PATON StandardTIG-270-400V – for TIG welding of stainless steel products, the compounds of alloyed steels and non-ferrous metals, with a direct current up to 270 amperes. Also, the apparatus is operating in MMA and MIG/MAG modes (as a current source in the composition with an external feeder). StandardTIG-350-400V model has a maximum mobility, and sufficiently large functional. 270A nominal current, sufficient for any welding with coated electrodes with diameters from 1.6 mm to 6 mm, and semi-continuous welding wire of 0.6 to 1,4 mm. The apparatus unit integrated contactless arc ignition (oscillator) and PULSE function for all modes of welding.

Setup is easy and intuitive thanks to the LCD screen with a multilingual interface. PATON StandardTIG-350-400V is equipped with high-quality accessories from the German manufacturer ABICOR BINZEL.

The inverter’s reliability in dusty and humid environments has been increased by relocating the electronics to a separate chamber and by impregnating the electronics with high-class varnish.

The reduced welding voltage function during manual metal arc welding (MMA), with the possibility of switching it off, allows the device to operate in hazardous environments. The device is equipped with a protection module against incorrect voltage level (overvoltage or voltage drop). PATON™ Standard welders are equipped with a work stabilization system, thanks to which they can be powered from an aggregate.
